Daniel S. McGrath, Partner
For over 30 years Dan has represented businesses and individuals in state and federal courts throughout the country. He approaches each client’s legal concern thoughtfully, with tenacity and pragmatism. Dan has significant experience in the areas of business law, commercial litigation, real estate law, construction litigation, personal injury and family law.
Dan also serves as outside general counsel to a number of his business clients. Dan advises his clients on the day-to-day issues that require legal and business counsel.
Dan is Past Chair of the Governing Council of the Minnesota Civil Litigation Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Dan frequently lectures at continuing legal education seminars and also speaks to other professional associations on legal topics within his areas of practice.
